Half racks include a half-height 20A 208V 1PH PDU with 18 C13 and 2 C20 outlets. Full racks include a 20A 208V 3PH PDU with 36 C13, 6 C19, 2 5-20R outlets. Full racks are soft-upgradable to 5.67kW. Shared space includes one C13 outlet with additional outlets $7/ea.
Shared Rack Space
Shared rack space is available between 1U and 10U for solutions that require less than a half or full rack of space. Shared space includes a choice of switched or unswitched outlets, Gigabit Ethernet ports, optional serial console ports, and 2 amps of 208V single phase power in up to 10U of space. Additional outlets, ports, and power is available. Rack space is four-post, square hole in enclosed cabinets with doors.
Full and Half Rack Space

Full and half rack space is available for solutions that shared space can't meet. Dedicated metered PDUs are included. Full racks also have the option of a proximity card access control system for extra security. Half racks share a top/bottom split rack (20U each), while full racks are reserved for exclusive use (42U).
Full and half racks are also ideal for colocations that plan to expand over time since shared rack space does not guarantee future contiguous rack units. Rack space is four-post, square hole in enclosed cabinets with doors.
Facility-Wide UPS and Generator Protection
All power provided to racks is backed by UPS and automatic diesel generator power. Customers never need to provide their own UPS for colocations. Although this is the standard for carrier-class facilities, we mention this feature because some of our local competitors do not provide UPS power or automatic generator.
208V Power Advantage
Roller Network is pleased to offer 208VAC power standard in our facility. This allows us to deliver more usable power to your equipment with greater efficiency. A typical 20A 120V circuit from our competitors only offers 1.9kW, but at 208V you get 3.3kW with the same 20A, a substantial increase in usable power. Three phase power - which is typically rare - is standard on all full rack colocations. Besides the kilowatt advantage, modern PFC/80PLUS power supplies can operate with over 90% efficiency at 208V. Larger equipment may even require high voltage to operate.
Bandwidth
All colocation accounts include up to 5Mbps of committed rate bandwidth. Additional commit may be added for as little as $11/Mbps. A 95th percentile burstable option is also available. Roller Network offers a multihomed, carrier and physical fiber diverse bandwidth mix from Sprint and Level 3 (formerly Global Crossing). Our network and all transit providers support native IPv6.
| Committed Rate Bandwidth | Lower | Upper | Commit Rate | Burstable Rate |
| 1Mbps to 10Mbps | 1 | 10 | $14.50 | $29.00 |
| 11Mbps to 25Mbps | 11 | 25 | $13.75 | $27.50 |
| 26Mbps to 45Mbps | 26 | 45 | $12.75 | $25.50 |
| 46Mbps to 75Mbps | 46 | 75 | $12.00 | $24.00 |
| 76Mbps to 100Mbps | 76 | 100 | $11.00 | $22.00 |
Burstable rate bandwidth is 95th percentile. Included committed rate bandwidth is available up to 30Mbps (25Mbps paid + 5Mbps free).
Bring Your Own Circuit

You may also choose to order circuits from one of our carrier fiber multiplexers or dark fiber to your colocated equipment through a cross connect. Roller Network has local fiber from AT&T (ILEC, diversified ring) and Verizon Business (CLEC) on site. Cable, DSL, and POTS is also available at our service address.
We also welcome multihoming or peering with Roller Network (AS11170). Our minimum accepted prefixes are /24 for IPv4 and /48 for IPv6.
"Remote Hands" and Site Services
Our standard work rate is $95/hour (1 hour minimum).
On-Site Access to Colocated Equipment
Roller Network maintains a site policy of escorted access only at all times. For customer safety and security unattended access is not permitted. All activities on site are recorded. Since we limit access to our facility all authorized access requests are backed by a response time SLA.
