Due to increasing costs we have come to the decision that we need to start implementing annual escalators on Colocation services.
These new escalators will be 3% annually, and will be applied, after a 30 day notice period, to all existing Colocation customers who are not under a term agreement as of the date of this publication. A 3% annual escalator will also be part of all new service orders and change orders.
Escalators are not something we have used previously. However, after considering many options over the past several months, we have come to the conclusion that this is necessary in order to balance out the constant price increases from our vendors, contractors, leases, and other third-party services necessary to operate our data center.
If you are an existing customer under a term agreement the annual escalator WILL NOT be applied to your account until the end of your original term: the agreement you are currently under protects you from price increases for the duration of that term.
This change does not affect standalone Metro Ethernet, Advanced Internet Access, Dedicated Internet Access, or Mail/DNS customers.
Effective December 1, 2023 the new pricing or pricing policy information herein supersedes all other previously published pricing for the affected services, such as literature that was published prior to this date, quotes, service orders or change orders, and any other listed pricing that has not been updated due to error or omission.
