Update: Colocation Management

We released a refresh for the Colocation section of the account control center this morning. In addition to a general layout update, we’ve added a new section for power use similar to network port use. For this initial release only PDU level data for half and full space colocations is available and we’re working on outlet level data for shared space colocation as a minor update to follow. Unfortunately the way we’d been collecting power data was not compatible with the final graph generation method for the account control center, so while historical data is not available online it can be requested from support.

Roller Network provides facility scale power and online power management to customers as part of our colocation services from our datacenter in Reno, NV.

New Preference: Billing Email Level

We’ve added a new account preference called “Billing Email Level”. This option is intended to allow customers to suppress informational billing emails (such as successful auto-pay notices) that do not require any action from the account holder.

The default is “All Billing Messages”. This is the current behavior. This can optionally be configured to “Errors and Warnings Only” where we’ll only send messages to the billing contact that require attention.
